A multinational chemical solutions company is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales planning, distributor management, and customer relations while ensuring business growth in fuel and lubricant solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance management
  • Manage key distributor relationships and streamline distribution operations
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, handling negotiations and issue resolution
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market intelligence
  • Create strategic account plans in collaboration with team members and supervisors
  • Coordinate cross-functional business processes to optimise sales performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in the chemical, lubricant, or fuel industry
  • Proven experience in key account management and distributor relations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and skilled in business analysis
  • Native level Japanese; business level English
