A multinational chemical solutions company is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales planning, distributor management, and customer relations while ensuring business growth in fuel and lubricant solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance management
- Manage key distributor relationships and streamline distribution operations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, handling negotiations and issue resolution
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market intelligence
- Create strategic account plans in collaboration with team members and supervisors
- Coordinate cross-functional business processes to optimise sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the chemical, lubricant, or fuel industry
- Proven experience in key account management and distributor relations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and skilled in business analysis
- Native level Japanese; business level English
