顔料分散化学者/ Pigment Dispersion Chemist

A global automotive coatings manufacturer is looking for a Pigment Dispersion Chemist. The selected candidate will lead pigment dispersion development, troubleshoot color issues, and drive commercialisation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced pigment dispersions for automotive coatings using the latest technology
• Conduct research on color troubleshooting, dispersion formulas, and milling processes
• Engage in color styling and propose high chroma dispersion development projects
• Perform industrial and competitor analysis to stay updated on high chroma color trends
• Scale up lab trials to plant production and ensure alignment of batches
• Implement QHSE standards for safe lab operations and participate in safety training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Physics, or Chemicals)
• More than 3 years of experience in coating or ink technology development
• More than 3 years of experience in coating, ink formulation, pigment dispersion, or pigment technology
• Understanding on pigment dispersion and coating formulation, application, and relevant raw materials (DOE is ideal)
• Proficient in English and Chinese
