R&D 材料インフォマティクスのエキスパート/ R&D Materials Informatics Expert

A global cosmetics and beauty company is seeking an R&D Materials Informatics Expert. The selected candidate will lead and support materials informatics initiatives and provide technical guidance to internal and external projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects with external partners related to Materials Informatics and internalise deliverables
• Provide technical support to internal projects using Materials Informatics and Data Science approaches
• Bridge new Materials Informatics concepts with internal stakeholders through collaboration
• Train researchers and managers on using and implementing Materials Informatics
• Promote the adoption of data-driven R&D practices within project teams
• Facilitate integration of new technologies into existing R&D workflows

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in R&D or equivalent in computational materials science or data science
• Proficient in Python
• Knowledgeable in statistics and machine learning
• Fluent level English; conversational level in Japanese is ideal
