継続的改善シニアコンサルタント/ Senior Consultant Continuous Improvement

A global chemical company is looking for a Senior Consultant in Continuous Improvement. The selected candidate will lead Lean/Six Sigma-based transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and promote the OpEx framework in local manufacturing sites and joint ventures
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma to drive operational efficiency
• Support supply chain transformation by coordinating with IT and data teams for ERP and process integration
• Facilitate strategic initiatives such as new site launches, product rollouts, and integrated planning
• Deliver Kaizen and coaching support aligned with Lean Manufacturing and operational strategies
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive standardization efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, supply chain, business, or a technical domain
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain or a manufacturing role
• Experience in multi-year project or program management
• Proficient in ERP (SAP or Business Warehouse)
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Demand/Supply Planning and Scheduling, etc.
• Possess valid Lean certification (Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus)
• Fluent level Japanese and English
