PS&Rマネージャー/ PS&R Manager

An international chemical company is looking for a PS&R Manager. The selected candidate will manage chemical regulations and drive safe, efficient product launches for global markets. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with chemical regulations and laws related to product development
• Collaborate with R&D teams to support the safe design of new silicone materials
• Conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations of new products
• Coordinate with global and regional technical teams for regulatory alignment
• Oversee IP filings and monitor developments with the IP department
• Support product launches in cross-functional teams, ensuring all regulatory standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or Material Science
• More than 10 years of work experience
• More than 2 years of product development experience in the Electronics industry
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and chemical safety
• Skilled in interpreting chemical laws and conducting safety evaluations
• Ability and willingness to work across teams and drive regulatory alignment
• Proficient in written and verbal English
