リスク管理マネージャー/ Risk Management Manager

A multinational real estate company is looking for a Business and Risk Management Manager. The selected candidate will oversee operational risk management tasks, including BCP, crisis management, and vendor management. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and review control effectiveness (RCSA)
• Identify control weaknesses and support mitigation planning
• Prepare materials, assist with logistics, and draft meeting minutes for the Risk Management Committee
• Facilitate incident review, assess preventive actions, and manage operational risk databases
• Develop and maintain BCP plans, emergency responses, and support crisis execution
• Manage privacy risk, maintain personal data ledgers, and support compliance with privacy regulations
• Oversee vendor management processes, including due diligence, contracts, monitoring, and policy maintenance

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in risk and control functions in the financial industry
• Experience in risk and control functions in the financial industry
• Ability to assess risks, perform root cause analysis, and review mitigation plans
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent level Japanese and English
