FIDファイナンスオペレーション ・ ディレクター/ FID Financing Operations – Director

A multinational financial services company is looking for an Osaka FID Financing Operations Director. The chosen applicant will be in charge of supporting the post-trade process of the Repo business within FID Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure trade data accuracy and integrity through the trade capture and confirmation process
• Provide exceptional client service from onboarding to trade processing/confirmation along with trade lifecycle
• Support trading function by being in charge of relevant regulatory reporting and operation
• Work closely with a team based in Tokyo in a dual-location operation model
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Deliver timely outputs to a consistently high standard

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Basic knowledge of Fixed Income products (JGB or UST), market practice, and institutional clients
• Experience and expertise in operations of Repo business is preferred
• Strong analytical, organisational, and verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
