デジタルマーケティングマネージャー/ Digital Marketing Manager

A multinational life insurance company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will oversee digital content strategy, SEO initiatives, and user experience improvements to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan annual website content strategy aligned with customer needs and market trends
• Develop and manage content calendars and implementation priorities
• Analyse KPIs and propose improvements for website performance
• Direct development activities and coordinate across internal departments
• Manage vendor negotiations and project timelines
• Create and review digital content for compliance and user clarity
• Plan and execute SEO strategies based on search trends
• Use analytics tools to measure performance and optimise content

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in website planning, SEO, and stakeholder coordination
• Prior CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and content creation tools
• Understanding of life insurance and social security
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/XD
• Possess a valid ２級 FP 技能士資格
• Proficient in Japanese
