Head of Content and Inspiration Experience

An international financial bank services company is seeking a Head of Content and Inspiration Experience. The selected candidate will lead content and campaign strategies to drive client engagement and improve trading KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives and campaigns to increase newly funded and trading clients and reactivate dormant users
• Lead efforts to improve client-driven social sharing content
• Localise and publish content from global and regional teams on the company website and trading platform
• Create TREA (Timely, Relevant, Engaging, Actionable) content from market news and trends
• Collaborate with creative, web, and PR teams to deliver marketing campaigns
• Organise physical events and present educational content via webinars
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with financial literacy and responsible investing goals
• Oversee creation of market analysis, investment strategies, and educational materials
• Monitor content performance metrics for continuous optimisation
• Ensure all content aligns with compliance standards and company values
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain content relevance and innovation
• Uphold integrity and customer-centric values within the content team
• Handle all copywriting for local and HQ content, including press releases and trading platform articles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Commerce, Science or Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in content writing and marketing within the financial industry
• Proven experience creating content for FX, CFDs, equities, and derivatives (options, futures)
• Proficient in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Possess a valid JSDA Sales Representative Class 1 or 2 is desired
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English (TOEIC 900+)
