流動性マネジメントアソシエイトディレクター/ Liquidity Management Associate Director

A global financial services institution is hiring an Associate Director, Liquidity Management. The selected candidate will manage short-term liquidity and balance sheet operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal liquidity metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse liquidity and balance sheet data, generate insights and reports
• Collaborate with business units to plan funding and deposits
• Access money markets and manage liquidity through currency swaps and funding sources
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external liquidity regulations
• Execute contingency plans and build relationships for standby and emergency liquidity
• Support client FX transactions and monitor exposures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in treasury or financial markets functions
• Proficient in liquidity management, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance
• Possess valid mandatory bank certifications and training
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Fluent level Japanese; business level Japanese
