クライアントサービス/カスタマーサポートアナリスト/ Client Services Support Analyst
A multinational financial intelligence company is seeking a Client Services/Customer Support Analyst. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and business value. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries related to technical, functionality, and data issues via email, phone, chat, and support cases
- Manage user accounts and support customer onboarding
- Handle data permissions and related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance
- Respond to permission-related queries from internal teams and external partners
- Develop expertise in assigned product areas to support customers and internal staff in APAC
- Act as a point of contact for operational product changes
- Provide weekly updates on product, support, and project statuses
- Create and maintain team processes and documentation for efficient operations
- Escalate complex issues to level 2 support when needed
- Optimise service desk systems and reports for efficiency
- Design and implement effective workflows using Salesforce
Requirements:
- Practical experience in customer-facing phone roles
- Prior experience in public-facing roles or support desks is ideal
- Experience in financial services technology or market data is preferred
- Familiarity with call management systems and Salesforce is desired
- Interest in financial markets is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong team player with the ability to coach and support globally
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
