リレーションシップマネージャー/ Relationship Manager

A global financial services firm is seeking a Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will support cross-border real estate investments and drive business development in the Kyushu region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist foreign clients with real estate investments in Japan, including loan structuring and funding support
• Develop local businesses in Fukuoka by offering operational funding and equipment financing
• Coordinate with the head office to support business development initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with semiconductor-related corporate clients in the Kyushu region
• Participate in syndicated loans and project finance deals with local financial institutions

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Native level Japanese or Mandarin Chinese; business level English
