コンプライアンス・リスクマネージャー / Compliance/Risk Manager

A multinational eCommerce is searching for a Compliance/Risk Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting compliance requirements for product launches across Japan and the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance requirements for product launch operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish and implement processes against established policies
• Provide accurate product risk assessments and classifications for products to ensure regulatory compliance
• Work with internal technology teams to develop creative business processes that scale
• Manage competing perspectives of stakeholders to drive conformity
• Provide guidance to business and legal teams on product safety and compliance complexities
• Engage with local regulatory agencies on technical, safety, and compliance matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience in regulatory filings and reports or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in SQL and Excel
• Possess a valid professional auditing qualification, similar risk, or compliance credentials
• Professional level Japanese and English
