セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer

An international automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a Sales Engineer, Motorcycle GBU. The selected candidate will support customer relations, order management, and commercial activities in close collaboration with the HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between Japanese customers and HQ’s Engineering and Quality teams
• Manage sales and profit targets for Japanese customers to maximise commercial performance
• Respond to technical and quality inquiries and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee daily order operations, monitor delivery schedules, and proactively address potential issues
• Conduct price negotiations and manage pricing in line with HQ policies
• Support new business acquisition and collaborate with HQ and management to implement global strategies

Requirements:

• More than 3 years in the automotive or motorcycle industry, technical sales with OEM interaction
• Experience working with international teams and managing cultural and time zone differences
• Native level Japanese; business level English (Italian is a plus)
