サービスビジネスリード/ Service Business Lead

A renowned international automotive company is looking for a Service Business Lead. The selected candidate will drive Aftersales growth and service excellence across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee aftersales operations, focusing on sales, inventory, and quality improvements
• Develop and implement dealer service toolkits and improvement processes
• Execute service programs to increase P&A sales, retention, and satisfaction
• Support FSMs with evaluation tools, KPIs, and coaching frameworks
• Lead dealer service consulting projects and enable market-specific adaptation
• Organise regional service engagement and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or a relevant domain is ideal
• More than 7 years of experience in development of playbooks and toolkits
• Experience in event organisation supporting best practice sharing and knowledge transfer to regional counterparts and dealer network
• Prior experience in development of Service evaluation and award programs is a plus
• Knowledge of service, parts and accessory products, services, programs, and processes
• Prior knowledge of service, parts, and accessories KPIs
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English is ideal
