事業開発/ Business Development
An aviation company is searching for a Business Development role. The chosen applicant will be responsible for executing strategic plans to bring innovative flying car products and services to market. This is a hybrid role. Applicants may choose work location. (Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka)
Responsibilities:
- Visit, build relationships, and present to new and existing customers to understand their needs
- Internally disseminate customer feedback and make suggestions for product improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries and build trust
- Prepare materials and make proposals to propose solutions according to customer needs
- Listen to customer requirements and support the development and execution of project plans
- Manage business negotiations, contract correspondence, and project progress
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution
- Emphasise execution by entering the field and interacting directly with customers to shape the project
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in solution sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the aerospace and eVTOL industries
- Experience in regional development, business development, new business sales, and PM
- Experience in managing the entire account management from contact to contract conclusion
- Experience in contributing to business expansion, such as solution sales and new business launches, at startups and venture companies
- Experience in project management
- Experience in business planning
- Ability and willingness to travel
