QAマネージャー/ QA Manager

A multinational automotive company is looking for a QA Manager. The selected candidate will lead battery product development, provide technical support, and oversee quality assurance activities across product lines. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new battery product development and maintain existing battery lines
• Manage all phases of battery development from requirements gathering to launch support
• Provide technical education and gather product feedback from battery customers
• Conduct training sessions, warranty analysis, and monthly battery teardown reports
• Handle customer inquiries and update battery content on the official website
• Collaborate with purchasing and engineering teams for sourcing and product specifications
• Support quality monitoring and analysis in coordination with product and quality engineers

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance or product development in lead battery manufacturing
• Experience with Japanese automotive firms preferred
• Solid understanding of 12v lead battery
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to conduct product training and analysis
• Possess a valid driving licence and valid automotive technician certification preferred
• Business level English and Japanese
