プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

A renowned vehicle technology company is looking for a Program Manager. The selected candidate will lead the deployment of autonomous vehicle projects by coordinating internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program execution from definition to completion for multiple autonomous vehicle projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders
• Align cross-functional teams and manage task dependencies
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with service providers to align project plans
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and development processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering domain
• More than 5 years of experience in program management at a Tier 1 Supplier or OEM
• Experience with ADAS or Vehicle Control products is ideal
• Prior experience in a high-growth and mission-driven startup is a plus
• Proven experience for a company with an established execution process is preferred
• Previous experience in a Japanese automotive OEM or suppliers is desired
• Possess valid PMP Certification
• Fluent level English and Japanese
