電気・機械橋エンジニア/ Electrical/Mechanical Bridge Engineer
A renowned automotive engineering company is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Bridge Engineer (Contract). The selected candidate will manage projects from RFQ to delivery, ensuring seamless development and execution of electrical and mechanical components. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product development from design to launch, ensuring quality and compliance
- Coordinate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders at customer locations
- Guide project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Support technical design reviews and business proposals for new programs
- Define system requirements, software architecture, and safety standards
- Oversee circuit design, load calculations, and grounding strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical field
- More than 10 years in Automotive OEM/Tier-1
- Practical experience in system design specification, vehicle testing, and validation planning
- Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA
- Strong knowledge of functional safety, software, and communication architecture
- Expertise in automotive standards, regulations, and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3+); basic level English (TOEIC L&R 730+)
