オートメーションエンジニア/ Automation Engineer

A global automotive company is looking for an Automation Engineer - Manufacturing & Supply Chain DX. The selected candidate will lead automation and digital transformation initiatives to optimise production and logistics processes. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive integration of automation and software solutions to enhance production
• Explore and implement smart manufacturing technologies
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Procurement, and external partners
• Co-develop transformative software and automation systems
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Lead digitalisation efforts within global manufacturing

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in manufacturing process or logistics automation
• Understanding of manufacturing engineering, and robotics automation
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
