監査役 / Auditor

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an Auditor. The selected candidate will conduct SOX testing, assess control risks, and support process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform control assessments and ensure compliance with internal standards
• Document findings, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance audit processes
• Communicate key insights and updates to stakeholders
• Support digital tools and automation initiatives
• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (accounting, computer science, management information systems, or related domain)
• 3-5 years of experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, auditing, or a relevant domain
• Experience in financial, business, IT audit within Big 4
• Prior audit experience in SOX, internal audits, accounting audits, or information system audit globally
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid CA/CA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, or other relevant certifications
• Fluent level Japanese and English
