A global automation company is searching for a Financial Controller. The chosen applicant will collaborate closely with business leaders, providing proactive financial support and insights to drive top-line performance and enhance profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to support long and short-term growth
• Provide proactive financial support and insights to help drive top-line performance
• Utilise advanced financial analysis techniques to interpret complex data
• Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for assigned business units
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analysis
• Support full compliance with local regulation and company policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, business administration, or equivalent (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• More than 10 years of experience in business partnering, FP&A, or finance controlling in a multinational corporation
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
