インターナルコントロール・リスクマネージャー/ Internal Control & Risk Manager

A global luxury fashion brand is seeking a Manager for Internal Control and Risk Management. The selected candidate will lead integrated risk initiatives, support internal audit functions, and oversee policy development and insurance coordination. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual risk assessment and develop the integrated risk management framework
• Collaborate with executive teams to align risk appetite and prioritise key risks
• Foster strong partnerships with local divisions to address strategic, operational, compliance, and cybersecurity risks
• Promote risk awareness and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Support internal policy development, quality assurance, and documentation control
• Conduct process reviews and advise on risk mitigation and control improvements
• Coordinate internal audits and support the timely closure of audit findings
• Manage insurance renewals and act as primary liaison for insurance-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5–10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management
• Proven experience in internal control practices and policy management
• Experience in insurance, luxury, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficient in analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Possess a valid CIA or CPA qualification preferred
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
