ファイナンスシニアアナリスト/ Finance Senior Analyst

A leading insurance company is seeking a Finance Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will handle a mix of accounting operations and financial analysis, including closings, forecasts, and system-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review journal entries and perform Oracle system tasks
• Prepare closing entries, reconciliations, and quarterly reports
• Issue client and insurance company invoices
• Lead or support accounting system automation and Oracle implementation
• Assist in preparing forecasts, plans, and variance analysis
• Compile KPI data and create presentation materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, accounting, economics, or finance
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience in multinational fast-pace setting
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Possess valid accounting related certification is ideal (US CPA is ideal)
• Business level written, spoken, and reading English and Japanese
