FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global healthcare company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will support commercial finance planning, forecasting, and analytics to drive profitable growth across Japan operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and consolidate revenue to margin forecast models for LBE and actuals
• Analyse and report on trade working capital and cash conversion cycles
• Gather and provide market analytics insights to support commercial initiatives
• Manage internal P&L forecast and actual reporting processes in alignment with the area and division HQ
• Lead quarterly balance sheet and cash flow discussions and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance performance and implement financial tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance
• More than 6 years of experience in financial planning
• Proven experience in international accounting standards and commercial finance
• Experience in cross-border operations, team leadership, and process improvement
• Proficient in Japanese and English
