FP&A ビジネスパートナー/ FP&A Business Partner

An international human resource services company is looking for an FP&A Business Partner. The selected candidate will manage the full P&L and provide strategic financial insights to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full P&L from revenue to EBITA, including variance and driver analysis
• Lead annual budget planning, monthly monitoring, and rolling forecasts
• Track performance, conduct gap analysis, and deliver actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders to achieve financial and operational targets
• Build dashboards and visualise key KPIs to support decision-making
• Create clear presentations to simplify complex financial data
• Streamline and improve inefficient financial processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
• Provide ad-hoc financial support and strategic analysis as needed

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of FP&A, business planning, or commercial finance experience
• Proven experience as a business partner to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
• Proficient in Excel and PPT
• Professional Japanese and English
