A global investment management firm is looking for an Investment Analyst, Credit Research. The selected candidate will support credit analysis and contribute to credit investment decisions through research and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior analysts in developing credit opinions by analysing financial and non-financial information
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating market data and maintaining research databases
• Conduct financial statement analysis, industry comparisons, and support credit model interpretations
• Collaborate closely with team members and proactively share knowledge
• Present financial results to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience in financial analysis or credit risk management in banks, securities, or insurance companies
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid relevant certification (CMA, CFA, or Bookkeeping level 2+)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
