プロジェクトファイナンスとM&A/ Project finance and M&A

A multinational energy consulting firm is looking for a Project Finance and M&A Analyst. The selected candidate will support financial structuring, debt raising, and M&A transactions to drive the energy transition in APAC. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in defining and implementing financial structures
• Prepare, update, and review financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects
• Organise and review due diligence prepared by other advisors
• Conduct market intelligence on sectors of interest
• Contribute to business development activities
• Collaborate with an international, entrepreneurial team to deliver high-value projects

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in Finance or Engineering from an internationally renowned institution
• 1-2 years in project finance or M&A within the energy transition sector
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and products
• Ability and willingness to travel abroad
• Fluent level Japanese and English (Chinese, Korean, or other regional languages is a plus)
