A renowned renewable energy firm is looking for an Investment Analyst Associate. The selected candidate will evaluate and execute investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and model financial performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Assess new investment opportunities, including market analysis and deal structuring
• Conduct due diligence, risk underwriting, and manage external advisors
• Develop and review financial models to support deal underwriting and structuring
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support transaction negotiations
• Monitor investment performance and key value drivers
• Support portfolio companies with ongoing financial and operational analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3–4 years of experience in finance
• Finance and accounting expertise
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Fluent level Japanese and English
