ジャパンセトルメントアナリスト/ Japan Settlement Analyst

A global securities company is looking for a Japan Settlement Analyst. The selected candidate will handle settlement, clearing, and custody operations across multiple financial products while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Japan settlement, clearing, and custody processing for Equities, Fixed Income, and Foreign Exchange
• Oversee pre-matching, fails management, and position monitoring
• Process corporate actions, dividends, and coupon/redemption payments
• Ensure accurate legal ledgers and regulatory reporting
• Participate in settlement-related projects and manage UAT
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and attend internal/external meetings

Requirements:

• Experience with trade lifecycle, including settlement, asset servicing, and margin call processes
• Knowledge of Equities, JGB, JCB, Japanese Funds, Foreign Bonds, and FX (Cash, NDF, Derivatives, Money Market)
• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and escalate issues effectively
• Fluent level written and reading Japanese; business level English
