財務BP/ Finance BP

A global languages services company is searching for a Finance BP. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing financial forecasts, reports, and budgets. This is a haken and hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely forecast updates
• Prepare a monthly flash report with the top 20 customers
• Send forecast report
• Analyse revenue movement compared with the budget
• Join weekly or monthly management meetings, record and follow up topics
• Prepare annual budget for the new fiscal year, collect planning data from each department
• Validate HR tax payment accuracy for four-eye principle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related majors
• More than 3 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams
• Experience in data modelling, and simplifying complex data into compelling, clear, and actionable insights
• Advanced level MS Excel skills with a proven aptitude for interpreting customer and financial data
• Expert knowledge in business analysis, analysis of large data sets and information management
• Good knowledge of core finance systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks
• Proficient in English
