会計マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A multinational environmental services company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will lead accounting operations, manage a team, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual settlements, including year-end adjustments
• Supervise and lead the accounting management team
• Handle financial accounting-related inquiries from business lines
• Promote and implement improvements in finance operations
• Coordinate tax audits and investigations
• Ensure compliance with JGAAP and IFRS standards

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of proven experience in accounting, including settlement and tax audits
• Experience in digital transformation system implementation
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
• Possess a valid bookkeeping level 2+ or CPA or USCPA exam passer
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 600+)
