ファイナンスアソシエイト/ Finance Associate

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Finance Associate. The selected candidate will manage financial operations, including accounting, tax, and outsourcing management, while supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Handle journal posting and financial statement preparation in compliance with J-GAAP
• Supervise and coordinate with accounting and tax firms for financial operations
• Manage audit processes in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders
• Assist the CFO in financial planning, tax, and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related field
• More than 4 years of accounting experience with knowledge of Japanese accounting standards
• Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector (IPP or renewable energy is a plus)
• Possess a valid accounting certificate
• Native level Japanese; business level English
