経理GLマネージャー/ Accounting GL Manager

A global fashion company is seeking an Accounting GL Manager. The selected candidate will manage inventory and general accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile inventory movement and balances across systems
• Prepare inventory-related journal entries and analysis reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide inventory explanations to auditors
• Oversee general accounting processes, including journal entries, accruals, and fixed assets
• Reconcile accounts and manage Balance Sheet files for closing
• Support accounting team members and contribute to special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business, economics, and commerce
• More than 5 years of experience in finance
• Understanding of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Skilled in financial management software
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Possess valid accountant or certified tax accountant certification is a plus
• Business level English and Japanese
