シニアアカウンタント/ Senior Accountant

A global travel management services company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will manage accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash activities, and support compliance reporting. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and drive timely collections through stakeholder coordination
• Maintain and update customer master records in the financial system
• Monitor daily cash transactions and support bank reconciliations and cash forecasts
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate intercompany transaction confirmations and maintain tracking documentation
• Contribute to accounting process improvements and support audit and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of AR, cash management, and balance sheet reconciliation
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written English
