Head of Finance

A global industrial software company is seeking a Head of Finance (Senior Manager). The selected candidate will oversee financial integrity, compliance, and team leadership while partnering with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews
• Support commercial deal structuring and revenue recognition
• Coordinate budgeting processes and manage cost controls
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and internal controls
• Oversee tax filings, statutory reporting, and corporate secretarial matters
• Manage banking relationships, cash collection, and treasury operations
• Review complex contracts for IFRS15 compliance and support bid management
• Lead and develop the local finance team, including recruitment and performance reviews
• Represent legal entities on boards and contribute to leadership initiatives
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and global finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• More than 10 years of related experience
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, revenue assurance, and commercial finance
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with international stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Possess a valid CA or CPA qualification
