ファイナンスアシスタントディレクター/ Finance Assistant Director

A global hospitality company is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance. The selected candidate will support financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning within the hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily finance operations, including accounting, auditing, budgeting, and reporting
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts with appropriate documentation
• Support annual budget and monthly forecast preparation with department heads
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise and mentor finance team members to promote growth and improvement
• Ensure all licenses, permits, and tax filings are up to date and compliant
• Collaborate with operations teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of proven experience in hotel finance or hospitality accounting
• Experience with international hotel brands and centralised accounting systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and hotel accounting systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism is preferred
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
