An international manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for establishing contact with new and existing clients, generating leads, and achieving set targets.
Responsibilities:
Promote our products to EPCs in the Yokohama and Tokyo region
Perform technical presentations and seminars individually or with product experts at assigned accounts
Assist customers in creating data sheet specifications that favour the company's technology
Handle inquiries by reviewing technical and commercial requirements to determine the most appropriate technology to offer for each specification
Work with management to determine appropriate price levels for each project and line items within
Maintain the existing CRM database
Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to sales program while following worldwide policies
Requirements:
Prior sales experience of engineered products to EPCs
Ability to work independently
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Technical sales experience in process instrumentation and controls products is a plus
Experience selling into the process industries (chemical/petrochemical/refining, pharmaceutical/biotech, flavours/fragrances, etc.)
Fluent level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
