An international athletic apparel brand is searching for an Omnichannel Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will drive global omnichannel engagement in direct-to-consumer channels through strategic analysis and insights of customer behaviour in both retail and e-Commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage engagement operations, including customer and sales performance data extraction and reporting specific tasks
Establish new reporting frameworks specific to DTC engagement tracking
Improve upon established reporting to derive further insights
Work closely with regional partners and tech teams to provide a horizontal cross-organisational view of engagement initiatives and performance
Analyse membership performance and contribution to sales, profitability, and brand engagement
Propose and influence stakeholders to test new engagement activities in DTC channels
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3-5 years of CRM experience
Practical experience in user tracking and analysis
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Tableau or SAP AFO is ideal
Experience in both Retail and Ecommerce environments and operations is a plus
Knowledge with ThinkCell is desired
Business level English
