Responsibilities:
Deliver program consultation and execution with a focus on customer satisfaction
Partner with Business, HR, and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, and transfers
Build a trusted advisor relationship with business and HR leaders
Innovate and respond to evolving business and market dynamics
Uphold compensation structures and job data, ensuring accuracy in HR systems
Leverage technical expertise to advance and integrate technology usage
Offer insights and guidance on compensation metrics and reporting
Formulate compensation structure, encompassing job structure and salary ranges
Assure legal compliance across all programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
More than 3 years of compensation experience
Practical experience with APAC wide compensation programs with emphasis on both broad-based and incentive compensation (Global experience is ideal)
Prior experience working with and influencing across HR and the business
Experience administrating large-scale compensation program changes
Knowledge of relevant regulatory topics
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS
Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
