M&A取引アドバイザリーコンサルタント/ M&A Transaction Advisory Consultant

A global consulting services firm is looking for an M&A Transaction Advisory Consultant. The selected candidate will lead business due diligence projects and support a wide range of M&A and management consulting engagements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business due diligence, including financial projections
• Support buy-side and sell-side advisory as well as M&A integration projects
• Perform market research and contribute to strategic planning
• Participate in business turnaround and restructuring consulting
• Collaborate with clients’ decision makers to address business issues and provide solutions
• Develop expertise across industries and expand exposure to international markets

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in M&A transactions, audit, or financial analysis
• Experience in corporate structures, operations, or business performance analysis
• Proficient in financial due diligence, valuation, and market analysis
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
