上級スペシャリスト/ Senior Specialist

A renowned management consulting firm is seeking a Senior Specialist, Research and Data Services. The selected candidate will lead research projects, support asset building, and contribute to knowledge management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and deliver insights across various industries and subjects
• Manage research deliverables independently with limited supervision
• Support project teams in research planning, execution, and information management
• Contribute to product and service evaluations and assist in implementing improvements
• Maintain and track research assets, acquisitions, and end-user system updates
• Provide training, share knowledge, and occasionally mentor junior colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information science or business from an accredited university
• 2-5 years of conducting business research in a fast-paced consulting, market research, or other professional services or equivalent is ideal
• Experience in using regular business research databases (Nikkei Telecon, SPEEDA, Factiva, LSEG/Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ) is ideal
• Prior experience working with diverse stakeholders or cross culture is preferred
• Understanding commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics is a plus
• Fluent level spoken and written Japanese and English
