品質マネージャー / Quality Manager

A global electronics company is looking for a Quality Manager. The selected candidate will oversee quality management activities for key products, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier quality programs and drive alignment with quality standards
• Measure, report, and address customer and supplier complaints consistently
• Coordinate responses to customer requests and complaints
• Oversee customer audits, including third-party audits when necessary
• Lead customer quality programs and KPI reporting
• Address out-of-specification issues and support new source qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, science, statistics, or a relevant technical program
• More than 8 years of professional experience
• Experience in customer interfacing activities
• Prior experience with problem solving and investigation methodologies, statistical analysis, and data automation
• Proven experience with ISO management systems
• Knowledge of customer expectation and requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in SPC/SQC and statistical techniques (Minitab)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Business level Japanese and English

応募要件:

• 品質原則やツール（品質工学、信頼性工学、品質コードおよび基準）への理解
