QAエンジニア/ QA Engineer

An international fintech organisation is searching for a QA Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of our client's web services.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies and roadmaps for Quality Assurance activities
• Continuously improve the development process to ensure optimal efficiency
• Enhance the product review process to maintain high-quality standards
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive test plans
• Hire and mentor QA-SET Engineers to build a strong team
• Improve the environment for continuous product delivery, including automation of E2E testing

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a QA engineer in web services
• Prior experience in supporting the development and execution of test plans
• Previous Agile or Scrum development experience
• Hands on experience in quality analysis and quality improvement
• Demonstrated experience in improving the development process, including the testing process
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing automation policies for various tests
• Experience in building and maintaining a CI environment
• Development experience as an engineer in web service development
• Possess a valid JSTQB Foundation Level, JCSQE or higher, or equivalent
• Business level English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
