シニアシステムエンジニア/ Sr System Engineer

A global computer security services company is looking for a Sr System Engineer. The selected candidate will provide pre-sales technical support, deliver product and solution presentations, lead proof-of-concept activities, and support customers and channel partners through training and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned accounts and channel partners with technical and sales activities
• Deliver technical, product, solution, and demo presentations to customers, partners, and prospects
• Assist in developing sales plans and proposals for qualified opportunities
• Lead proof-of-concept testing, technical solution drafting, and competitor analysis
• Prepare training materials, promotional documents, and technical content for internal and external use
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting for customers and key accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EE or CS
• More than 8 years of related industry experience
• More than 5 years of experience in Pre-sales role
• Experience in Application Delivery Controller, Enterprise Applications, or Network Security
• Prior Scripting programming experience in Shell or TCL
• Proven Unix/Linux technical experience
• Background with container orchestration solutions (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of Layer-4-7 protocols and technologies (TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS and SSL/TLS)
• Skilled in L2/L3
• Understanding in multiple areas of specialisation (Virtualisation, Cloud- Native, Application Acceleration, DDOS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation/IPv6 Migration technologies, Traffic Security, and AI)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with below products/experiences is ideal:
  -Routers including L2/L3 switches, including BGP/OSPF
  -Carrier Grade NAT/CGN
  -Virtual Machine environment such as VMware/Xen/KVM
  -F5 Product line/Citrix Netscaler product line
  -Radware product line
  -Broadcom ProxySG related product line
  -Firewall products such as Juniper/Fortinet product line
  -Cloud related Solution using such as Azure/Google/Amazon
• Possess valid A10 Certified professional, CCNA / CCNP / CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIP, F5 201/301/401, Palo Alto / Fortinet certified engineer certification
