ビジネスオファー&チャネル開発マネージャー/ Business Offer & Channel Devt Manager
A multinational energy and digital solutions company is looking for a Business Offer & Channel Development Manager – Digital Energy. The selected candidate will manage product and service offers while developing strong channel partnerships to drive sustainable growth and market leadership. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Own the financial performance of offers and channel partners, including orders, sales, and gross margin
- Develop accurate forecasts, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to achieve growth objectives
- Translate global strategies into actionable local plans and annual operating strategies
- Manage product and service portfolio, conduct market research, and define unique value propositions
- Design pricing strategies, optimise go-to-market channels, and strengthen distributor and partner relationships
- Build strong partnerships with channel partners and support their competency development
- Drive demand generation targeting end-users and key market segments
- Support partners in enhancing sales and engineering capabilities through training and resources
- Monitor partner pipeline, implement brand strategies, and ensure accurate forecasting
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales management, business development, or channel management
- Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P&L
- Understanding of power and building management systems, energy management solutions, and related technologies
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in multi-tiered customer and channel approaches
- Familiarity with electro-intensive segments such as Data Centres, Buildings, Healthcare, Energy & Chemicals
