テクニカルリード/ Technical Lead

A global IT solutions company is looking for a Technical Lead. The chosen candidate will serve as the primary technical authority for the project, overseeing solution architecture and leading technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap aligned with organisational objectives
• Establish and enforce IT standards and procedures to ensure consistent technology use
• Assess and integrate new technologies into the existing network infrastructure
• Ensure solution architecture meets business needs and IT requirements
• Maintain consistency in architecture across domains and provide recommendations on product and platform design
• Lead technical teams to implement solutions within scope, quality, timeline, and cost requirements
• Evaluate vendor deliverables, validate technical feasibility, and estimate technical effort
• Provide hands-on guidance in network architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex challenges and resolve issues
• Coordinate with project managers, technical directors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration across technical domains
• Apply strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies
• Support initiatives involving Cloud, IoT, AI, and Data
• Drive digital transformation with an AI-first approach
• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI to improve operations and business processes

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of experience in the IT, Network, and Infrastructure domains
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles
• Recent experience in designing and driving GEN AI initiatives
• Problem-solving skills for complex challenges
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Emphasis on collaboration with the team
• Strong desire to learn about security technologies and industry trends
• Native level Japanese

• Bilingual
