VP ITBS 配送リーダー/ VP ITBS Delivery Leader

An international IT services company is looking for a Vice President, ITBS Delivery Leader. The selected candidate will lead regional delivery operations, overseeing multiple customers and teams to ensure successful project execution and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement delivery governance frameworks across regional portfolios
• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, including Cyber Security, Data Protection, and ISO compliance
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and delivery performance reporting
• Drive financial management with a focus on cost optimisation and revenue recovery
• Champion client satisfaction and manage commercial and contractual obligations
• Lead talent management, team development, and succession planning initiatives
• Resolve conflicts and handle escalations across all delivery levels
• Promote productivity and continuous improvement through automation and industrialisation tools
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including capability development, industry certifications, and business expansion
• Strengthen Japanese onsite and offshore delivery capabilities to support growth
• Expand delivery partner ecosystem and manage procurement, hiring, and CoE relationships
• Evaluate and approve opportunities, deals, and contracts within the portfolio
• Enhance ROI with clients through value-driven delivery and profitability improvement

Requirements:

• More than 20 years of program, project, and service management experience in global IT services and consulting
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation and technology projects
• Proficient in end-to-end delivery governance, from opportunity assessment to contract closure
• Skilled in full-cycle financial management from estimation to invoicing
• Possess valid certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile are a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
