テクニカルアカウントマネージャー/ Technical Account Manager
A global cybersecurity company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will support customers in deploying and optimising security solutions while managing post-sales technical account operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) based on customer requirements
- Present cloud security assessments to customers
- Develop and deliver detailed technical documentation and admin training materials
- Integrate solutions with SSO, Azure AD, Proxies, Cloud APIs, VMs, and Firewalls
- Manage project timelines and deliver services on schedule
- Train customers to use products effectively and provide hands-on guidance
- Collaborate with customer technical teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration
- Provide feedback to developers to support product improvement and innovation
- Monitor and report on product performance and identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Liaise with sales to identify opportunities for expansion and communicate with CIO/CTO/CISO
- Maintain ownership of ISMAP compliance requirements
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of prior work experience in similar roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Professional Service Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Support Engineer)
- Experience with network security technologies, including Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, SSO, DLP, CASB, and Load Balancers
- Hands-on experience with Hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Nutanix, Hyper-V) and authentication systems (LDAP, SSO, SAML, Azure AD/Entra ID, MS Active Directory/ADFS)
- Proficient in MDM, Cloud APIs, Networking concepts, Network Architecture, Load Balancing Technologies, and SIEM
- Skilled in architecting and operating solutions on AWS and GCP
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, SSL, IPSec, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, SSH protocols
- Versatile with Windows, Mac, and GNU/Ubuntu operating systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting using tools such as ps, top, strace, Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute, and MTR
- Skilled in writing Bash scripts for automation
- Ability and willingness to travel to partner sites, conferences, and other events
Preferred requirements:
- Possess valid industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or CCSP
