カスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Customer Success Manager
A multinational cybersecurity company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by building strong relationships, ensuring product adoption, and providing strategic guidance to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, aligning on business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and plan future initiatives
- Ensure customers realise value from security solutions and promote platform adoption
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within assigned accounts
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Maintain technical understanding of security products and assist customers with system integrations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive a cohesive customer experience
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as Net Retention Rate, Gross Renewal Rate, NPS, adoption rates, and overall customer health
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
- Experience managing enterprise accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies (cloud security, network security, threat prevention, zero trust)
- Proficient in CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
- Ability to engage strategically with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
